Brand Photography Sessions

Whether this is your first photoshoot or your 50th, I’m a pro at taking away your shoot day jitters and capturing your magic. We’ll cover everything from which shoes you’ll be wearing to what story you’ll be telling so you’re fully prepared by the time we get to shoot day. On shoot day, I’ll be cheering you on, helping you with posing, and giving you sneak peeks of your standout images. By the time we’re done, you’ll have a full gallery of custom photos that illustrate what you do, how you do it, and the value you provide.  

Do you need stunning images you can post all year long? 

Never run out of content with my quarterly membership! You’ll get four half-day shoots and 50 retouched images per session. With this membership, you’ll save over $500 per session and receive 10 additional images per year.

Brand Photography Process

I know stepping in front of the camera can feel awkward and vulnerable, but I promise these shoots are actually really fun! We’ll spend lots of time before and during the shoot talking about how we can make you look and feel amazing.

1. Let’s Chat

• We’ll meet over Zoom to talk about your business, goals, and see if we’re a good fit.

2. Plan

• After you fill out a brand questionnaire, we’ll plan your shoot with a mood board. We’ll decide what stories we’re going to tell and align on the details (locations, props, wardrobe, if you need models, etc.) 

3. Prep & Itinerary

• Once we have the strategy nailed down, it’s time to gather everything you’ll need. You’ll reserve your location (or we can use my studio), plan your outfits, buy your props, and book hair and makeup. Meanwhile, I’ll be putting together your shoot day itinerary

4. Final Check-In

• This is a quick check-in to make sure everything is set for shoot day. We’ll review the itinerary and ensure all the little details are in place.

5. Shoot Day

• Yay! We’ll have a blast shooting together. Within a few weeks, you’ll receive your full gallery and can choose your final photos.

Frequently Asked Questions

What if I don’t have anything to wear? 

• My Full Day Package includes a color palette consultation so you can nail down your brand colors before shoot day and plan the perfect outfits. With both my Full Day and Half Day Packages, we’ll discuss your outfit choices ahead of time to make sure everything is cohesive, flattering, and will pop on camera. If you’d like even more support with your outfit, I can recommend a stylist.

Do you recommend getting hair and makeup done?

• Yes. My Full Day Package already includes hair and makeup, but you can add it on to my other packages. Brand photos are an important investment in your business so I always recommend having your hair and makeup done since it will give you a more professional and polished appearance.

Where will the session take place?

• We can shoot at my photography studio, your home or office, at an outdoor location with good natural light, or you can rent a space. I’m happy to review a rental space ahead of time to ensure it will work for the shoot, but finding, renting, and paying for the space is your responsibility.

What should I bring to the shoot?

• As part of our planning session, we’ll discuss the different stories we want to tell with your shoot. For each story, we’ll discuss the specific locations, poses, outfits, and props that will work best. 

How long will I have access to my pictures?

• You will receive your photos through an online photo gallery where you can download them. I always recommend keeping your photos in a safe place so you can access them for years to come.

When will I receive my photos?

• Sorting through your photos to pick the very best ones takes me about two to three weeks. From there, once you pick your final selections, I will do some light editing and send you a link to download your final photos about a week later.

Will you retouch my images? 

• Yes, all photos will get color correction, exposure, cropping, and light retouching. If you want more extensive retouching, I offer that for an additional fee.

How can I use my images? 

• You are free to use your images however you wish. While you do not have to credit me, I always appreciate a photo credit on your website and on social media.

Can I purchase all of my images?

• Absolutely! You can buy as many additional images as you’d like beyond what your package already includes.
